ATC-900 CONTROLLER

The ATC-900 C9ontroller is a programmable microprocessor-based monitoring device for use on Cat transfer switches. Data access and programming operations are performed using the ATC-900’s touch sensitive function buttons in conjunction with an easy-to-read illuminated alphanumeric LED display. Both the functional buttons and the display window are part of the device’s door mounted front panel. A built in Help button provides user assistance in the form of message displays.

The communication option permits monitoring and control of several transfer switches, locally or remotely from a single point. Depending on the application, the user can customize the ATC-800 to meet the particular application. The ATC-900 is equipped to display historical information either via the front panel or over mod bus communications to a personal computer. Source 1 and Source 2 run time, available time and connect time are available, as well as load energized time, number of transfers, date, time and reason for the last 16 transfers.

ATC-300+ CONTROLLER

The ATC-300+ is a comprehensive and multifunctional microprocessor-based ATS controller. It is a compact and self-contained panel-mounted device that is designed to replace traditional relay and solid-state logic panels. The ATC-300+ Controller provides programmed flexibility to address the needs of any system. It operates from all system voltages between 120 to 600V, single-phase and three-phase at 50 or 60 Hz. In addition, a period of no control power is provided. The controller monitors the condition of the three-phase line-to-line voltage and frequency of Source 1 and Source 2 power sources and can be programmed for single-phase operation. The ATC-300+ Controller provides the intelligence to ensure that the ATS operates properly through a series of programmed sensing and timing functions.

ATC Power Breaker Bypass Isolation Open/Closed Transition ATS

Cat transfer switches are designed for a variety of standby power applications. They provide flexibility, reliability and value in a compact package. A Bypass Isolation Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) provides fully functioning transfer in applications where emergency power to critical loads must be maintained at all times with no interruption. This type of design allows for inspection, maintenance or replacement of the power switching mechanisms with no interruption in electrical service. Breaker based Bypass isolation ATS are available from 200A to 5,000A.

ATC Contactor Based Bypass Isolation Automatic Transfer Switch

Cat® transfer switches are designed for a variety of standby power applications. Contactor -based Bypass Isolation ATS are available from 100A to 1200A.

ATC Service Entrance Rated MCCB & Power Breaker Based ATS

Cat® Service Entrance Rated (SER) automatic transfer switches (ATS) are designed to provide standby power emergency power to entire installation loads to protect against utility power interruption; yet allow the ATS to be as close as possible to the point of service entrance. By safely and in code compliance, integrating the necessary overcurrent protection and service disconnecting means into the automatic transfer switch, a single installation can be made at the service entrance. This design eliminates the need for a separate upstream fault protection and respective interconnections, which in turn reduces installation space, time, and cost. Breaker-based Service Entrance Rated transfer switches are available from 30A to 5000A.

ATC Molded Case Circuit Breaker & Molded Case Switch ATS

Cat® transfer switches are designed for a variety of standby power applications. They provide flexibility, reliability and value in a compact package. The open transition breaker-based Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) will provide fully functioning transfer in applications where a momentary loss of power is acceptable on retransfer from emergency to normal power supply. The Cat Open Transition MCCB & MCS types of ATS also permits periodic testing of the emergency source without interrupting power to the loads and are available from 30 to 1000 amperes.
