Chris has over 30 years of experience in sectors including energy, renewables, resources, project development and technology development in Australia and internationally. Prior roles include eleven years in Executive General Manager roles at Energy Developments Limited, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at ReNu Energy Limited and Chief Executive Officer at Solar Systems Pty Ltd.
He studied an Advance Management Business Program at Harvard Business School, has a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of New South Wales, is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a member of Engineers Australia. Chris is a Non-Executive Director and the Chair of Arrow The Bone Marrow Transplant Foundation.
Corey is a Commercial Finance and Accounting Executive with over 25 years senior leadership experience, working in multinational organisations as a U.S./Australia dual citizen. Corey has executive experience across diverse and complex Australian sectors & businesses including Transportation Safety (VP, CFO International, Verra Mobility), FMCG (Group Financial Controller, Metcash – CFO, IRexchange – GM Finance, Marlin Brands), Defence (Regional Controller – APAC, Leidos) and Health (Finance Director, Melbourne Health).
Corey relocated with his young family to Australia in 2010 as Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of GM Holden before leading Holden’s commercial finance organisation as Director of Revenue and Future Product Programs. Corey is a Certified Public Accountant in the U.S. and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Accounting) and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance).
Scott has over 20 years’ experience, initially starting in the Semiconductor industry and for the past 15 years in leading national OEM and contract teams in major industries including mining, agriculture, marine, infrastructure, transport, and power. In addition Scott has held executive leadership positions at National Pump and Energy and AllightSykes. His most recent role before joining EPSA was Branch Manager for Penske Australia in Perth.
At Energy Power Systems Scott is responsible for Engine Solutions and the Marine Excellence Centre. Scott is a results-focused leader with a passion for mentoring. He leads by empowering his team to make decisions based on company values and strategic goals.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical) and Business Management from the Colorado School of Mines. He is also the Western Australia Leader for the Colorado School of Mines Alumni Association and a member of Engineers Australia.
Chris has over 25 years experience in complex technical industries including Defence, Energy, Mining, and Construction, working in renowned companies such as Thales, ABB and Siemens. He has held senior leadership positions in Australia, APAC and EMEA, delivering profitable growth by leading teams through complex business challenges and transformational initiatives. Chris is a passionate advocate for delivering cutting-edge large power solutions, making him a dynamic leader in the field.
Chris holds qualifications in Electronics and Project Management as well as a Masters Degree in Management from Macquarie University. He resides in Melbourne with his wife and two sons.
Amanda is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of leadership experience in the construction, building materials, and manufacturing industries. As the General Manager of Rental Solutions, Amanda joins the leadership team with a proven track record in driving business strategy and digital transformation.
Amanda holds an MBA with distinction from QUT, utilising her expertise to foster sustainable growth and profitable financial performance. She is passionate about creating an inclusive and collaborative culture that fosters innovation and high performance. She takes pride in developing people and creating diverse and empowered teams that are motivated to deliver.
Caroline is an experienced senior HR professional who has led strategic and operational human resources for over 15 years. Her experience spans large multi-national manufacturing through to high growth, lean, decentralised companies, operating in manufacturing, highly technical engineering and fast paced FMCG industries.
She has a proven track record of leading people through business transformation by taking a change leadership approach, engaging people and removing ambiguity. Caroline is known for driving culture to create an environment where people thrive and make a big difference, evidenced by high employee opinion survey results.
Lance is skilled in OFSC, ISO 14001, ISO45001 & ISO 9001 accreditation, Emergency Management, Workplace Safety, Risk Management, and Occupational Health.
At EPSA Lance is responsible for overseeing the businesses externally certified Integrated Management System and facilities compliance nationally.
Lance’s HSEQ team actively pursues consultation and communication with EPSA’s employees to ensure continuous improvement in business processes, and provides advice on safe work methods and risk mitigation strategies.
Brett brings over 25 years of Caterpillar Dealer Operations experience to our team at all levels, from Fitter to Senior Manager. His solid mechanical talent, logical approach, and safety focus have made him a notable addition to our Executive Group.
Since joining as CDC Operations Manager in March 2021 and currently serving as Operations Manager, Brett oversees a diverse portfolio, including Warehouse, Inventory, Workshop, Data Centre Service, Commissioning, and Field Service areas within CAT Energy Solutions and MWM.
Brett’s extensive expertise in Caterpillar engines, Engine & Component rebuild processes, CAT systems, dealer frameworks, and commercial acumen is complemented by his track record of building successful teams, driving profitable business units, ensuring high-quality products, and fostering a culture of safety.
With over 15 years of experience across the energy sector, Liz joins the EPSA leadership team as a dynamic leader, passionate about putting customers at the centre of the energy transition. Throughout her career, Liz has drawn focus towards delivering innovative solutions that address customer needs and drive real-world impact successfully leading initiatives which have helped shape the energy sector.
As an active Board Member – Marketing & Communications for the Energy Efficiency Council (EEC), Liz holds an Executive MBA from Melbourne Business School, a Graduate Certificate in Environmental Engineering Management from UTS, and a Bachelor of Commerce/Arts in Marketing and Political Science from the University of Melbourne.
