The Opportunity
The Operations function of our business provides a full service offering with technical support to find the optimal power, air or temperature control solutions across varied industries including mining, resources, marine and infrastructure. Our technicians specialise in diesel and gas power generation solutions, including upfits and customisation to Cat® engines tailored to our clients’ needs.
Based in Mulgrave, Victoria, EPSA have an experienced team operating the Central Distribution Centre (CDC) to provide national support to this key growth area of the business.

What does your ideal team look like?
We have a modern and impressive CDC Workshop Facility to support our national growth strategies. Our team comprises technical experts across diverse disciplines including, operations, electrical, mechanical, engineering, sales and administration – working together to bring practical and smarter solutions to our customers.
Our team will support you with strong training and development, both face-to-face and on-line through CAT® University. There are great career progression opportunities across our business verticals of Rental, Engines and Large Power solutions.
About you
- Victorian A-Grade Electrical Qualification.
- Current drivers’ license.
- Good eye for detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication, fault-finding, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and a self-starter.
- Flexible and team player.
- Caterpillar trained or experience would be adventageous.
- High Risk Work License, Forklift & OH Crane desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Customisation of equipment to suit client specifications.
- Organising and managing day to day activities in the Central Distribution Centre (CDC).
- Testing and troubleshooting equipment.
- Electrical outfitting and workshop assembly.
- Completing service orders, ordering parts and materials.
- Maintain housekeeping to required standards.
- Support project managers and technicians as required.
