Our Rental Solutions business provides a full service offering including key technical support to find the optimal Cat® power, air or temperature control solutions to drive our clients’ business.

The Opportunity

This is a pivotal role, supporting our Rental Solutions team in our Gillman branch.

We are on the look out for an efficient and enthusiastic Rental Coordinator to provide administrative and sales support reporting into the Administration Supervisor.

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience and background in office administration.
  • Experience in rental operations/fleet service would be an advantage.
  • Good numerical skills.
  • Strong confidence with Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience using ERP/and or internal databases.
  • Enjoy the challenge of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • High-level organisational and communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of both a small and extended team.
  • Self-motivated, driven and a self-starter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer information.
  • Creating and maintaining rental agreements.
  • Processing invoicing, billings and credits.
  • Sales administration and support – quote support, equipment availability, transport scheduling and coordination.
  • Raising and allocating reactive/breakdown service jobs.
  • Assisting with preventative maintenance orders when required.
  • Branch administrative support.
