The Opportunity

Looking to apply your generalist HR background in a growing market leader in renewables and electric power?

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experience generalist to partner with leaders and team members within two of our key Business Units to provide operational support.  The key to success in this role will be fostering strong relationships and understanding the unique needs of each Business Unit.  By aligning HR strategies with business objectives, this role will drive performance and enhance employee engagement.

The role will also have an overarching business-wide responsibility for remuneration and benefits including leading the annual Achievement Review and Salary Review process, reviewing our benefits strategy and providing guidance on all things remuneration, incentive and benefits related.

Responsibilities

About You

To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

  • Relationship building across functions and levels to facilitate meaningful partnerships, coaching on sensitive issues and serving as a trusted HR advisor.
  • Provision of human resources and employee relations advice, guidance and leadership on a wide range of HR matters including employee relations, performance management, interpreting legislation and HR policies and coaching line managers on best practices.
  • Deliver HR-related projects and initiatives to support Business Unit growth and development.
  • Supporting HR cultural change initiatives, building employee engagement and fostering a positive work environment.
  • End-to-end management of key remuneration and benefits initiatives.
  • Affinity or experience with job sizing and remuneration in the HR space
  • Experienced with data analysis and reporting using Excel.
  • Coordination and administration skills and experience and a demonstrated capacity to develop and deliver effective processes and systems.
  • Sound organisational skills, including the ability to manage time and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Degree qualifications relevant to Human Resources, Business or other related discipline, together with at least four years of subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training
