Energy Power Systems Australia (EPSA) is the Cat® engine and generator dealer for Australia, Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands. EPSA sells and rents Cat® products and also designs, engineers and commissions a range of turnkey products and applications. We serve a diverse range of markets, including mining, forestry, construction, pipeline/oil field construction, agriculture, government sector, marine, transportation, fisheries, and the commercial transport industry. Our future is aligned with leading the way for renewable energy with Cat® Hybrid Energy Systems incorporating solar and battery energy storage.

About the role:

Due to internal growth EPSA currently have a unique opportunity to join as a Bid Manager.  The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the full development of proposals and submissions to assist the Solutions Group in improving its win rate and meeting budgeted revenue targets. The role will be responsible for managing an opportunity from issue of client request to quote/bid documentation through to contract award, including value proposition/strategy development, solution development, commercial considerations, partner identification and risk management.

About You:

• Experienced in project management, bid and or estimating.
• Contractual/commercial management experience.
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree would be preferred.
• English or Business Management degree would be considered.
• Ability to build professional, strong relationships with stakeholders.
• High level of time management, attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office, including Project experience.
