Extended Service Coverage (ESC)

In conjunction with the standard Caterpillar Stand-by Warranty, ESC covers you for:

A total of 48 months or 2,000 hours, whichever occurs first
100% of the cost of the parts or assembled components needed to correct the defect ailed part
Reasonable and customary labour costs needed to correct the defect failed part.

The ESC offer complements the Caterpillar Standard Warranty and is free for a limited time only.

Can be upgraded – the Four Year ESC can be upgraded to include other Cat® components supplied as a single package: Switchgear, Container Solutions.

Coverage can also be upgraded to Platinum Plus.

Can be extended – the Four Year ESC can be extended for multiple years based upon customer preference.
