Chris Murray joined Energy Power Systems Australia as Managing Director in October 2018.
Chris has over 30 years of experience in sectors including energy, renewables, resources, project development and technology development in Australia and internationally. Prior roles include eleven years in Executive General Manager roles at Energy Developments Limited, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at ReNu Energy Limited and Chief Executive Officer at Solar Systems Pty Ltd.
He studied an Advance Management Business Program at Harvard Business School, has a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of New South Wales, is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a member of Engineers Australia. Chris is a Non-Executive Director for the Leukaemia Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation supporting patients with blood cancer and their families.

Di Rothacker is an experienced and astute strategic commercial finance executive with exceptional finance and business acumen. She has more than 20 years experience in leading global and national organisations in the Energy, Machinery, Construction, Property Development, Infrastructure, Asset Management and Professional Services sectors.
Di brings to EPSA, extensive experience in finance, corporate governance and financial risk management as well as leading multi-disciplinary finance, central services, logistic and operating departments.
Di’s role heads up EPSA’s Central Services and Logistic teams and supports the development and implementation of EPSA’s strategy. She has a strong focus on culture, ensuring initiatives promote internal collaboration which ultimately underpin external customer support. Di’s commercial execution and financial background ensures she optimises business performance, resources and growth, whilst focusing on customer experience before and after purchasing from EPSA.
General Manager – Sales & Business Development
Marcel has a proven track record of providing specialist technical solutions for long-term projects related to multi-megawatt power stations in addition to product supply and service contracts in the following market segments: Defence, Infrastructure Construction, Industrial, Oil & Gas and Mining & Resources.
Marcel has a strong understanding of EPSA’s numerous market segments within Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.

General Manager – People and Culture
As General Manager, People and Culture, Kelly Maragos is establishing and maintaining effective working relationships across the business so we can better deliver customer success. Kelly leads our OneEPSA culture of delivering a positive customer experience when dealing with our people, from all divisions in all functions, across all our processes and systems.
Kelly has over 21 years of experience working in senior positions in National, Regional and Global roles across a diverse number of industry sectors including natural resources, insurance, transport & logistics, senior living and retail.
With a background in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Change Management and Communications Kelly has a sound understanding of the complexities of transformation and the impact change has on a business, its people and customers.
General Manager – Operations
Charles Hall is an experienced operational professional having had control of territories covering the Middle East, South East Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands as a senior manager in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) industry. With in excess of 30 years’ experience in leading and delivering complex projects in the Energy, Water, Chemical, Infrastructure, Rail, Commercial Building, and Asset Management sectors, Charles brings the required skills and experience to lead the Operations Group within EPSA.
Charles takes pride in the teams that he has assembled and relationships that have been built both internally and externally that have generated successful business with turnover in excess of $1.0 billion per annum. Charles brings a strategic approach to the creation of new work opportunities and encourages an environment where learning flourishes and individual capabilities grow.
As a member of EPSA’s Executive Leadership Team, and General Manager – Operations, Charles provides strategic leadership across Engineering, Procurement, Project Estimation and Delivery, Power Generation Maintenance, as well as the Central Services and Logistics team.
General Manager – Rental
Tim heads up the EPSA Rental business for the region and is charged with delivery of EPSA’s growth strategy. Tim has an expansive industrial services background with experience at BOC, Brambles, Wesfarmers, Onsite Rental Group and Linde Material Handling.
Tim is renowned as a customer-focussed leader committed to growth for all stakeholders and was appointed in September 2019. As a highly respected senior executive, Tim’s career has taken him deep into the oil and gas, energy, resources, mining, engineering, construction, automotive, aviation, manufacturing and heavy equipment sectors and he brings commercial acumen, major contract skills, and extensive experience in asset intensive businesses to EPSA.
Tim has a proven record in actively driving system, process and cultural change to achieve operational excellence and brings more than 30 years of senior leadership experience to EPSA. He has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Sydney, an MBA from the University of Queensland, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Institute of Engineers Australia.
