Wellbeing at EPSA

Wellbeing at EPSA

At EPSA, safety is more than just preventing physical harm. It’s also about supporting our people’s mental health at work and providing a community of colleagues they can connect with. Demonstrating care is at the heart of how we work together.

The We Care program at EPSA

Our team members are encouraged to participate in the We Care mental health training program, which teaches them how to identify and support a colleague to get help who may be struggling with their mental health. You can listen here as our Managing Director, Chris Murray, talks to WeCare Founder Graeme Cowan about why he made Employee Safety & Wellbeing first among EPSA’s values.

Employee Assistance Program

EPSA partners with Converge International to offer our team members and their families support through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The EAP gives our people confidential access to qualified professionals, including psychologists, social workers and management support counsellors.

Equal Opportunity

EPSA is proudly an Equal Opportunity employer, dedicated to providing a work environment in which everyone feels safe, included, treated fairly and with respect.  We embrace diversity and want all of our people to bring their whole selves to work.

EPSA’s Indigenous Policy ensures respect to indigenous communities by establishing open and constructive consultation with the Traditional Land Owners of the sites in which we work.
