Emergency Parts Freight Plan
Our emergency freight plan policy entitles equipment owners To free parts freight if a machine is down due to the failure Of a Cat part.

Scheduled Oil Sampling Program (SOS)
Our SOS program helps detect problems without disassembly by regularly measuring the level of microscopic wear particles suspended in the oil to determine if a component is in good condition, needs repair, or is about to fail.
We also offer infrared analysis of the oil condition itself and its cooling, lubrication and cleaning performance showing safe optimum oil change intervals. Used in conjunction with SOS wear analysis, infrared analysis of the oil helps exactly pinpoint problems and show wear profiles.
Product Link/Remote Monitoring
Our Product Link system offers comprehensive and flexible remote monitoring, health and engine alert management, and maintenance management by providing data to assist you in making informed decisions about your assets.
Managing and customising alert notifications by severity, understanding engine utilisation through fuel and hours, and developing trend analyses are all key features of this unique system.
With a simple and intuitive interface through VisionLink, you can see all of your assets at a glance or focus on individual assets for a more detailed view.
WesTrac’s fleet analysts are highly skilled in managing a wide variety of Cat equipment, including commercial engines.
Our analysts monitor the performance and health of your assets to identify trends utilising electronic data such as Product Link, oil sampling data from SOS and many other factors such applications and site conditions.
Documented recommendations are then produced, providing a course of action to maintain the productivity of the asset.
