Tru-Flo is one of the world leaders in supplying dewatering pump and pontoon package solutions. As one of EPSA’s largest OEM accounts, they purchase and rent a variety of Cat® industrial engines and generators from C1.1s up to C32s.
This family-owned-and-operated business entered the pumping industry as Bathurst Irrigation during the winery boom of the 1990s. Originally focused on agriculture, they have grown to service global mining, oil and gas, civil and food markets. They show particular leadership in underground and open-cut mining as their equipment suits the conditions and lasts in those harsh environments. Their unique Run-Dry pump delivers the fastest priming capabilities on the market with industry-leading efficiencies.
EPSA’s John Goodall has supported Tru-Flo for seven years and says it’s a privilege to watch the company grow and succeed so rapidly. “I have seen them operate from a small shed in Bathurst to dual purpose-built facilities, and whilst they are still a family-run operation they now have offices across the globe.
“The team are very easy to deal with and incredibly self-sufficient when it comes to technical details. It has been a pleasure to work with Tru-Flo from day one. We have a great business relationship and I hope to see this continue for many years to come.”
This sentiment is echoed by Rodney Laneyrie, Tru-Flo’s Mining Sales and Support Manager, who says: “John and the team at ESPA are always great to work with.
“From the point-of-sale to 24-hour after-sales backup and support, which we need in our industry, these guys have it covered. Warranty issues are always handled promptly and professionally. Nothing seems an issue and they are a pleasure to do business with – all thanks to John.”
Like EPSA, Tru-Flo is involved in the Roy Hill project, the $US10 billion mining, rail and port project in the Pilbara. Tru-Flo has supplied a large pump package to the Roy Hill mine site for on-site water transfer, water cart filling and pit dewatering, with the client saying: “Tru-Flo Pumps were selected due to their quality, reliability and after-sales support in the Pilbara mines.”
